Great location in town center, 27 mins walk to Alhambra Justice gate and 35 mins walk to the main entrance. But you can take a taxi for only 8Euros to get there and it is a pleasant way walking down back to hotel. The hotel staffs are very in the know of Granada, we got very correct and good recommendations from them for everything during our 3 nights’ stay. We even got a hand writing card on our car when we left, the hotel staff cleaned our car windows! How considerate!

There is a person who helps with check-in, a very welcoming and kind girl, smiling, responsive. The room was clean, new furniture, in the bathroom they had also left toiletries with bathroom accessories for the children. There are slippers, a hair dryer, an iron, even a hair straightener. Coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, juicer, refrigerator, utensils, etc., everything you need for an apartment.

Very well maintained facility at a very good & central location. Very accessible to most of the places of interest. Very close to the streets to walk around and shop. Spotless and clean including every nook & corner. Staff has been friendly and supportive. Though staff is not available during night time, had clear instructions and emergency contacts. Did not have to use any.
